Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (up to 5 days during peak times).
Domestic Delivery:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Same-Day/Next-Day: Available in select cities (extra charges apply).
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹[X], otherwise standard rates apply.
Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email once your order is shipped.
Delays & Issues: Shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs, or high demand. Contact us within 5 days if your package is marked delivered but not received.
Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Sale or custom items cannot be returned.
Return Process: Customers can initiate a return via the support ticket system. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges: Allowed for size or color changes, based on availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after item inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Before raising a return request, please capture clear images of the outer packaging and the product itself as proof for verification. Requests without photo evidence may be rejected.

If approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified product damage.

Please report any damage or wrong item received within 24 hours of delivery. Include photo proof for a hassle-free resolution.
Warranty Policy
Fashion items do not come with a standard warranty. However, if there is a manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of delivery, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
