Once payment is processed and your order enters the manufacturing stage, cancellations are not permitted.
If you need to cancel, requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. In such cases — including mistaken orders, wrong addresses, or incorrect details — we will be happy to process your refund.

As our products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted.

3.1 Refund Process
Once we receive your return request and unboxing video:

We will screen the video to verify eligibility.

If eligible, we will provide you with shipping documents to print and attach to the package.

A pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner.

If pickup service is unavailable for your location, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

The product must be securely packed in its original box, using bubble wrap and protective materials to avoid damage during transit.

4.1 Shipping Delays
In rare cases, courier delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. During such times:

If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to courier operational issues, we will coordinate reshipment at no extra cost.

For high-value non-customized products (order value above INR 700):

No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to courier partner challenges.

Customers must accept the reshipped product when it returns.

If a customer refuses to accept the package, no refund will be processed.

In case of reshipping, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
