1. Order Cancellation Policy

Once payment is processed and your order enters the manufacturing stage, cancellations are not permitted.
If you need to cancel, requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. In such cases — including mistaken orders, wrong addresses, or incorrect details — we will be happy to process your refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within the 24-hour window.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

2.1 When Can You Request a Return?

As our products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted.
A return will only be accepted in the following cases:

• You have received the wrong product.

• The product received is damaged.

Note: Intimate and personal care items, custom-made products, and made-to-order products are strictly not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2.2 What Is Required for a Return?

To be eligible for a return, the following is mandatory:

• A clear, uncut, and unpaused video recording of the package opening (unboxing video) showing:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The full process of unsealing the package

  • The damages or incorrect product captured in the same video

2.3 Exchange Policy

• Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.

• Exchanges for non-customized products can be requested under the following conditions:

  • Customers must bear both the return and reshipping costs.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Process

Once we receive your return request and unboxing video:

• We will screen the video to verify eligibility.

• If eligible, we will provide you with shipping documents to print and attach to the package.

• A pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner.

• If pickup service is unavailable for your location, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

• The product must be securely packed in its original box, using bubble wrap and protective materials to avoid damage during transit.

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours after successful inspection.

4. Shipping Delays & Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

4.1 Shipping Delays

In rare cases, courier delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. During such times:

• We will update you with tracking information and estimated delivery timelines.

• Our standard return and exchange policies will continue to apply even during courier delays.

4.2 Return to Origin (RTO) & High-Value Orders

• If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to courier operational issues, we will coordinate reshipment at no extra cost.

• For high-value non-customized products (order value above INR 700):

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to courier partner challenges.

  • Customers must accept the reshipped product when it returns.

  • If a customer refuses to accept the package, no refund will be processed.

  • In case of reshipping, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
