2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Vendor Fairness Policy
- Equal Treatment: Vendors, including Quexer-affiliated brands, receive fair and non-discriminatory treatment.
- Transparent Rankings: Product rankings are based on objective, non-discriminatory algorithms [designed to be neutral, providing a brief overview of the factors considered (e.g., product relevance, customer reviews) can enhance transparency] considering relevance, reviews, and performance metrics. No vendor receives preferential treatment unless part of a disclosed paid promotion.
- Right to Appeal: Vendors can dispute unfair treatment by submitting a formal complaint, which will be reviewed under India’s Competition Act, 2002, and international fair trade laws.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
✔ Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
✔ Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
✔ Interfere with platform operations, security, or other users’ experiences.
✔ Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data without authorization.
Quexer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
5. Payment, Fees & Refund Policy
- Payment Processing: Transactions are handled via third-party payment gateways. Quexer is not responsible for transaction failures caused by these services.
- Vendor Fees: Any applicable seller fees, commissions, or transaction costs will be disclosed in advance.
- Refunds & Disputes: Refunds are processed based on vendor policies and applicable consumer protection laws. Quexer may intervene in disputes as necessary.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on the platform (logos, trademarks, text, images, code) is owned by Quexer or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and IP laws.
- Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Quexer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content.
7. Data Privacy & Compliance
- Privacy Protection: User data is handled in accordance with Quexer’s Privacy Policy, GDPR (if applicable), and India’s IT Act, 2000.
- Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber threats.
- User Rights: Users may request data access, correction, or deletion in compliance with applicable laws.
8. Service Availability & Platform Changes
- Quexer does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
- We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, or third-party service failures.

- Quexer may update these Terms at any time.
- Users will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Periodic reviews of the policy can demonstrate Quixer’s commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to changing legal and industry standards.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
- Dispute Resolution: Users must attempt good-faith negotiations before seeking legal action. Outlining the steps involved in the dispute resolution process, including expected timelines and escalation procedures, can provide vendors with a clearer understanding of how their concerns will be addressed.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Quexer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.
12. Termination & Account Suspension
Quexer may terminate or suspend user accounts if:
✔ The user violates these Terms or applicable laws.
✔ There is suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
✔ Requested by legal authorities.
