1. Introduction

This policy outlines the rules and responsibilities for vendors selling on Quexer, ensuring a secure, trustworthy, and seamless experience for all users. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.


2. General Vendor Obligations

  • Account Integrity: Vendors must provide accurate business details (GSTIN, PAN, contact information) and ensure account security.
  • Legal Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including consumer rights, GST regulations, and e-commerce policies.
  • Fair Conduct: Prohibited activities include fraudulent listings, fake reviews, and price manipulation.

3. Product Listing Standards

A. Image Requirements

  • Background: Use pure white (#FFFFFF) for primary product images, except for home decor and select categories where soft, neutral backgrounds enhance appeal.
  • Resolution: Minimum of 500×500 pixels in JPEG or PNG format.
  • Content Restrictions: No watermarks, text, logos, or overlays. Products should be displayed alone without excessive props.

B. Product Descriptions

  • Accuracy: Titles and descriptions must match the actual product.
  • Prohibited Claims: No misleading medical, therapeutic, or exaggerated claims (e.g., “Cures diabetes instantly”).
  • Language: Listings must be in English or Hindi.

C. Pricing & Inventory

  • Prices must be inclusive of applicable GST and other taxes.
  • Inventory must be updated in real-time to prevent overselling.

4. Prohibited Items & Services

Vendors cannot list the following:

  • Illegal items: Drugs, weapons, explosives, counterfeit currency.
  • Restricted categories: Adult content, tobacco products, gambling services.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Pirated software, fake brand-name goods, or items violating trademarks.

5. Content & Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Vendors must own or have the right to use images, text, and branding.
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks (e.g., “Nike-style shoes”) is prohibited.
  • IP violation reports can be sent to support@quexer.com.

6. Payments & Fees

  • Quexer charges a commission and payment processing fee per sale.
  • Payouts are processed within a specified timeframe via UPI, NEFT, or bank transfer.
  • Vendors must comply with Quexer’s return and refund policies.

7. Enforcement & Penalties

Violation Tiers:

  1. Minor Violations (e.g., incorrect image background) → Warning & 48-hour correction window.
  2. Major Violations (e.g., listing counterfeit products) → Product removal & temporary suspension.
  3. Severe Violations (e.g., selling illegal items) → Permanent ban & legal action.
  • Three-Strike Rule: Vendors accumulating 3 unresolved violations will be permanently banned.

8. Shipping & Customer Service

  • Orders must be shipped within the specified timeframe after purchase.
  • Vendors must provide tracking information.
  • Customer queries must be responded to within 24 hours.

9. Policy Amendments

  • Quexer may update this policy with 30 days’ notice (via email or vendor dashboard).
  • Continued usage of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
