At Quixer, a marketplace owned and operated by Graphgate Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and equal opportunity environment for all vendors, including third-party sellers and our in-house brands (Nabo Sale, VeloScent, and GadgetPG). This Vendor Fairness Policy (“Policy”) outlines our approach to maintaining fairness in our marketplace.


1. Equal Opportunity for All Vendors

  • Non-Discriminatory Access: All vendors, irrespective of their affiliation, have equal access to listing and selling on Quixer. Our platform does not favor any vendor based on their relationship with Quixer.
  • Neutral Algorithms: Our platform’s algorithms are designed to be neutral, prioritizing factors such as product relevance, quality, and customer satisfaction to ensure fair treatment of all vendors.

2. Transparency in Policies and Practices

  • Clear Communication: Policies regarding fees, commissions, and services are clearly communicated to all vendors. Any changes to these policies will be notified to vendors in advance, providing sufficient time to adapt.
  • Access to Analytics: Vendors have access to real-time analytics and insights about their sales, performance, and customer feedback to promote transparency and informed decision-making.

3. Fair Product Listings and Rankings

  • Objective Criteria: Product visibility and ranking in search results are determined based on objective criteria, including product relevance to customer searches, customer reviews and ratings, order fulfillment efficiency, and compliance with Quixer’s quality and policy standards.
  • No Manual Intervention: No vendor, including in-house brands, will receive manual intervention in rankings or visibility, ensuring an unbiased marketplace.

4. Pricing and Competitive Fairness

  • Vendor Autonomy: Vendors retain full control over their pricing and promotions. Quixer does not impose minimum or maximum pricing requirements unless legally required.
  • Optional Programs: Any price-matching or discounting programs are optional for vendors, ensuring they can choose strategies that best suit their business models.

5. Dispute Resolution & Vendor Support

  • Dedicated Support: Vendors have access to dedicated support to address concerns related to platform policies, payments, or perceived unfair treatment.
  • Impartial Investigations: Vendors who believe they have been treated unfairly can file a complaint through our support team. All disputes will be investigated impartially, and appropriate action will be taken if violations are found.

6. Data Privacy & Protection

  • Confidentiality: Vendor data, including sales information, customer details, and pricing strategies, will not be shared with competitors. In-house brands (Nabo Sale, VeloScent, and GadgetPG) do not have access to third-party vendor data beyond what is publicly available on the platform.

7. No Retaliation Policy

  • Protection Against Retaliation: Vendors will not face penalties, reduced visibility, or other negative consequences for raising concerns or reporting violations of this Policy. We encourage an open environment where vendors can freely express their concerns.
